Our Leasing Team will work with your business to find the best possible space to suit your unique needs. We have sites in the city as well as 22 different suburbs. Tell our team the area you would like to be in, as well as the kind of space you desire. Our professionals will find the right property for you.
Once you have chosen the right space, our Design and Construction Team will step in. They are ready to customize your space to meet your specific needs. Need to have three private offices instead of the two that already exist? No problem. Or perhaps you aren't sure how to fit all that is necessary to run your business into the square footage you can afford? Our design team is there. They will have creative ideas to optimize the space for you.
Finally, there is our Management Team. Each property is assigned one manager. That manager is there to make sure you are comfortable in and satisfied with your space. They will make sure that the property is well maintained, and allow you to focus on what is important - running your business
